Payments
Secret Garden Bouquets accepts PayPal as preferred payment method as well as credit card payments. If the listing you are purchasing is marked as a deposit, this is to secure your order and reserve time dedicated to your custom order. The balance plus shipping will be due once you have received and confirmed you approve of the final look of your bouquet/items.
Payment arrangements can be made, please message me before you purchase anything with any questions.
Please keep in mind your order will not ship until all payments are completed; Secret Garden Bouquets is not responsible for late shipping due to payment delays.
Rush orders are subject to an extra charge. The extra charge for rushing your order varies based on time frame, size of order, number of items and/or orders in progress prior to your request.
Shipping from United States
Once the balance is paid your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Bouquets will be shipped via USPS which can take up to 7 business days within the US and aprox. 3 weeks outside the US. These are shipping estimates from when the order is sent through the mail and not from when you place your custom order. For package orders items may be shipped in several packages depending on size / amount.
Customer is responsible for all customs/duty fees. If your country is not listed under shipping, please send me a message, I would love to help you.
Local orders (Little Rock/Conway, AR area) may be picked up in Conway per request.

Returns and exchange details
If your order / deposit listing is cancelled within 24 hours a full refund will be issued. Passed this time frame no refunds are to be issued for custom orders. Please send a message with any questions.
Ready to Ship bouquet and accessory sales are final. Please send a message prior to purchasing if you have any questions, concerns or would like more photos of the item(s) you would like to buy.
Rush orders are final and cannot be cancelled after discussing the details and payment is made. Please send a message prior to purchasing if you require your item(s) in less than 15 weeks.
I do everything in my power to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes photo updates of brooches and jewels that will be used in your bouquet and further updates as your order is being created to make sure you are happy with the outcome. For most orders the first picture update you will receive is sent about 4 weeks before your delivery date.
If you are not happy with a ready to ship item you purchased please send me a message right away.
Please NOTE, all orders are packaged carefully but we are not responsible for any rhinestones falling out during shipping.

TIME FRAME/TURNAROUND:
As a general rule, please place your order at least 10 weeks before your desired delivery date to make sure I have time to create the bouquet of your dreams. For current turn around times (how long it will take for your order to be finished) please send a message, volume of orders can vary throughout the year. Rush orders may be accepted, please convo me first.
COLORS:
I am happy to work with any of your colors / themes. Items used (brooches, jewels etc.) may be silver or gold tone. State your preferences when you place initial deposit order. Items marked ready to ship are as shown in the pictures and may not be able to change details. Please convo me with questions or to request additional pictures.
For specific colors or uncommon shades (e.g. teal, blush, champagne, coral, navy blue) I may request a sample of the shade you are referring to due to common misconceptions. This is a very simple process - a picture of the shade you have in mind can be easily found with a search engine. If color sample is requested and customer does not communicate their preference within 7 business days from date of order placed, the common known shade will be used.
Colors and shades may vary due to screen resolution, lighting etc.
Colors changes after 3 business days from the deposit payment may not be accepted depending on schedule and timeframe available. Please communicate all color selections and any concerns prior to booking your order.
MEASUREMENTS:
All bouquets are measured across the top of the bouquet while looking straight down at the middle of the “crown” of the bouquet. Measurements are always in inches unless otherwise requested! I am happy to take pictures next to measuring tape / ruler if requested. Measurements of circumference or handle length upon request.
If specific handle length is desired please communicate this to me when placing your order or when you receive your first photo update.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Orders purchased as custom order (not ready to ship) may be created similar to something pictured in my shop. Please keep in mind I work closely with each bride so your bouquet may resemble what is pictured but I create OOAK pieces. If you want specific brooches / items you see in pictures from my store please point these out and I will do my best to comply.
